Common Questions

What is a buyer need?

It is a post that says what someone wants to buy: the property type, the area, the budget, and any must-haves. The buyer’s name and contact details stay private.

How do I contact the buyer?

You do not contact them directly. If you have a property that fits, send it in on that need’s page. Our team looks at it and makes the introduction for you. Every connection goes through our licensed team.

Does it cost anything to post or answer?

No. Posting a buyer need is free, and so is sending in a property that fits. Find a Home is a licensed real estate team, paid only through normal real estate transactions.

Who checks buyer needs before they go live?

A real person on the Find a Home team. We are a licensed Tennessee real estate group, brokered by eXp Realty, and we read every buyer need before it shows up here.

Is my information shown publicly?

No. Buyer contact details never appear on this site. When a property owner or a listing agent sends in a property, it goes only to the Find a Home team.
